In the case of DIGITAL ONLY orders, physical products will not be shipped. Instead, digital files will be exclusively delivered via email.

Please note that all designs/prints are copyrighted. As the purchaser of this product in its intended size, it is important to understand that the product is strictly for PERSONAL USE ONLY. It is prohibited to utilize the purchased design to create additional signage for an event. Moreover, any attempts to modify or add to the designs in order to create new designs are not permitted.

Event branding logos, on the other hand, can be used for their intended purpose across multiple items integrated into the design. Nevertheless, the original design must remain unaltered. Under no circumstances are these files to be resold, altered, resized, or shared.

All digital orders are processed and given priority based on the specified delivery date indicated at the time of order submission. Unless an additional rush fee is applied, digital proofs will be delivered within 5 business days from the designated due date. It is important to include sufficient time for printing and assembly when setting digital file due dates for specific usage.

By proceeding with the purchase of digital listings, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our Terms of Use. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the denial of future sales.

Our design process always puts your preferences and ideas at the forefront! If for any reason you want to change things up from your initial vision, a small service fee of $30 will apply.

Digital Orders Completion: Digital orders are processed and prioritized based on the 'Receive/Deliver Date indicated while placing the order. Digital order proofs will generally
be delivered within 3-4 business days of your specified due date, unless an expedited service is requested. Ensure the due date for digital files is set appropriately early to allow for printing/production time.

Review & Approval: It's crucial to thoroughly review the proofs sent to your email for text and
grammar mistakes. We cannot be held responsible for any errors once the order has been approved.

Design Revisions: Our design service comes with two complimentary revisions. This covers minor changes to clipart, image position, font, or color. Please note that a complete redesign does not count as a revision. Any additional changes beyond the first two revisions will be charged at a rate of $25 per revision.

The items sold on this platform are priced purely for the time and creative
effort invested in personalizing the design(s).

 Any characters or images used,
inclusive of clip art and illustrations, remain the intellectual property of
their respective owner(s) and are not being sold.

You are permitted to modify or resell the designs. However, these designs
are STRICTLY FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY and must not be used for commercial
purposes.

The distribution, forwarding, alteration or selling of any files, either in
full or in part, is prohibited.
