Refunds, Exchanges, & Returns

  • Order Changes Before Design Phase: If any modifications are needed in your order before the commencement of the design phase, we can offer a store credit for the remaining balance. Please note that this credit will be effective for a
    period of one year from the date of issuance. However, this policy does not extend to RUSH fees.
  • Order Changes During Design Phase: In case the design phase has already started, a similar store credit can still be availed for the balance meant for printing. This credit will also be valid for a duration of one year after its issuance date. Kindly note that this doesn't apply to RUSH fees.
  • Digital Orders: Any order that is in digital format will not be eligible to receive store credit once the design stage comes into effect.
  • Refund, Return, & Exchange Policy: Given the digital and/or custom-made nature of our products at Kreative Reactions', we regret that we are unable to provide refunds, accept returns, or arrange exchanges under any situation.

Proof(s) & Edits

Our design process always puts your preferences and ideas at the forefront! If for any reason you want to change things up from your initial vision, a small service fee of $30 will apply.


Digital Orders Completion: Digital orders are processed and prioritized based on the 'Receive/Deliver Date indicated while placing the order. Digital order proofs will generally
be delivered within 3-4 business days of your specified due date, unless an expedited service is requested. Ensure the due date for digital files is set appropriately early to allow for printing/production time.

Review & Approval: It's crucial to thoroughly review the proofs sent to your email for text and
grammar mistakes. We cannot be held responsible for any errors once the order has been approved.

Design Revisions: Our design service comes with two complimentary revisions. This covers minor changes to clipart, image position, font, or color. Please note that a complete redesign does not count as a revision. Any additional changes beyond the first two revisions will be charged at a rate of $25 per revision.

Delivery & Shipping Process

Your order will be shipped via UPS or FEDEX Standard Ground, which typically takes up to 5 days, depending on your location. If you require expedited shipping, please select this option at
checkout.

Please note that all guarantees provided by the shipping carrier apply to your order. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, the
responsibility for its delivery is with the carrier.

Kreative Reactions does not bear responsibility for:

  • Lost, stolen or damaged packages
  • Any delivery delays caused by pandemics, acts of God,
    or weather conditions

In case of any such issues, refunds will not be issued. Kindly refer to the carrier's policies for further assistance.

Misdelivery errors due to incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer are also not the responsibility of Kreative Reactions. We strongly urge you to verify your shipping address thrice before finalizing
your order.
