Digital Orders Policy

  • Order Changes Before Design Phase: If any modifications are needed in your order before the commencement of the design phase, we can offer a store credit for the remaining balance. Please note that this credit will be effective for a period of one year from the date of issuance. However, this policy does not extend to RUSH fees.
  • Order Changes During Design Phase: In case the design phase has already started, a similar store credit can still be availed for the balance meant for printing. This credit will also be valid for a duration of one year after its issuance date. Kindly note that this doesn't apply to RUSH fees.
  • Digital Orders: Any order that is in digital format will not be eligible to receive store credit once the design stage comes into effect.

Physical Order Quality Check

  • Upon receiving your order, we kindly request you to meticulously inspect the items. If you happen to identify any defects, damages, or if an incorrect item has been delivered, we urge you to promptly reach out to us. Taking immediate action facilitates our efforts to swiftly address and resolve any issues that may arise.

Ineligibility of Certain Items for Return

  • Please take note of our return policy, which excludes specific types of products from being returned. These include perishables (such as food, flowers, or plants), bespoke items (including special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty items). Furthermore, returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. Should you have any inquiries or require further clarification regarding the eligibility of your item for a return, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Refund, Return, & Exchange Policy 

  • Given the digital and/or custom-made nature of our products at Kreative Reactions', we regret that we are unable to provide refunds, accept returns, or arrange exchanges under any situation.
